Her abilities are a combination of Shape Anew & Sage of Lat-Nam with an added red mana cost for balance and to reflect the artifact destruction involved.

Jeyra Entinn is a telepath from Titan that was originally employed by the Dominator controlled Robot Rebellion. After being arrested for mind-controlling a prisoner and forcing him to commit suicide, she was broken out by Mekt Ranzz, and joined his team, the Wanderers.

She is a modified Seasinger. I tried something different by adding a couple of background images to the picture. I liked the way it turned out.

Drura Sehpt comes from the planet Somahtur, a little known, perpetually quarantined world. Somahturians' bodies act as hosts to vast colonies of bacterial and viral microorganisms, while remaining immune to their effects. They also have the ability to transmit them as diseases, and at least in Drura's case, combine/form them into any new disease she has encountered.

Magic Comments:
Thanks to Scars of Mirrodin for the Infect and Proliferate keywords! They seem to be tailor-made for her. Immune is a keyword that I made up for her ability.

During an attempt to cure her of a "rare energy-overload of her nervous system," the younger sister of Invisible Kid II was possessed by Computo, the maniacal computer matrix created by Brainiac 5. After Computo had been exorcised from her, and some later Dominator experimentation, it was found that she had gained the power to mentally communicate with and partially control computers.

I opted to make Tyroc a facilitator to represent his reality altering powers. He makes it easier for you to do what you want to do, and lets you to look for what allows you to do it. The land removal reflects Marzal's dimension hopping. I might have made him too powerful for blue/green.

Both frenzy and rampage illustrate his feral battle fury, and I gave him a cheaper version of Awesome Presence to represent his super agility.

This has been the most difficult Legionnaire to make in terms of power interpretation, although Tyroc is getting close. I lucked out finding Reweave from CHK. With a little tweaking it works.

I do believe he's overpowered, but damn I like what he can do! :) With his mind clear (the Hellbent ability) he can defeat an army. That really fits the character.

I'm not sure about the text for "evasion and protection abilities," even though both are listed and defined in the comprehensive rules. Without using the text that way it becomes even more wordy than it is. Another card that benefited from the addition of the Shroud ability. I've got to redo this and add Haste to her keywords.

Wildfire is a living being made up of anti-energy. He needs a containment suit to keep a semblance of a human form. The suit also helps him fly on his own, and project energy blasts. If his suit is destroyed he can inhabit another containment suit when one becomes available.

Legion Magic: Mordru Raises The Dead

During one of his attempts at galactic domination, Mordru used the undead as his army. One of the Legion’s worst battles was against their own dead members.

Based this on the Torment enchantment Dawn of the Dead. The casting cost is one less and the creatures don't go away at end of turn, but there is a mana cost to getting them and it's only from your opponent's graveyard.

The "big gun" of the Fatal Five, Validus is the time-displaced, mutated son of Lightning Lad and Saturn Girl, with super strength, mental lightning, and a child-like brain. Mostly uncontrollable except by Tharok.

A costly creature to use without the right conditions. I gave it a slightly different version of Psionic Blast for it's mental lightning ability.

Shadow Lass is the planetary champion of Talok VIII. She can see in the dark, and controls a black energy called the Darkfield. Using the Darkfield she can create total darkness, make Darkfield constructs, and control shadows to a degree.

Her powers were a good fit with the shadow ability. Making her blue/black gives access to the majority of the shadow spells & creatures.

Countdown to Final Crisis #16: Monarch starts his war at the tail-end of the multiverse, Earth 51. I wonder who the “he” is that has been manipulating Monitor Bob? My first guess is Darkseid. At least something is happening in this book…too bad it took 36 issues. 3/5

The Twelve #1(of 12): I loved the aged cover! The art team of Weston, Leach, & Chuckry did a great job, and Straczynski’s writing had it’s usual captivating effect on me. Twelve heroes are trapped by the Nazis and left in suspended animation for 60+ years, only to be reawakened in our near future of Aug. 8, 2008. Hopefully, because of the jump, they'll be able to avoid the Skrull invasion. I feel for Rockman(who either has to be wondering why his people never came to help, or is insane) and Captain Wonder(who lost his family to time and Vietnam.) I initially thought the culprit was Master Mind Excello, who can see limitedly into the future, but now I'm leaning toward Black Widow & Dynamic Man. I think it was pointedly shown that neither of them raised their hands to signify their allegiance. The high hopes I had for this title have been somewhat diminished by the fact that the protagonists have been brought into the modern time Marvel Universe. I was expecting a stand alone golden age mini-series…guess I should read the solicits & interviews better. Despite that, I'm still looking forward to the next issue. I wonder if it will tie into the upcoming Avengers/Invaders crossover? 4.5/5

The non-targetable ability represents the use of his force-field belt, and the library and graveyard manipulation represents his vast knowledge and resource gathering skills.

Zerox, the Sorcerer's World, brought magic back into the technologically dominated future. It is awash with mystic energies due in part to the immensely powerful being, the Archmage, that is imprisoned within it.

As many of Zerox's inhabitants left the planet to colonize other worlds, the magic level began to drop. This caused the Archmage's prison to grow so weak, that it was able to escape and seek vengeance upon its jailers.

Magic Comments:
Multi-colored mana producing lands always have a drawback, and this one is no different. I've been thinking of increasing the needed cards in hand to 4. This is my only flip card to date.

Cartoon Network Action Pack #20: For daughter A3.

Countdown Arena #2: I’m picking this up mainly for the information on the various Earths’ designations and inhabitants. Monarch continues to force multiversal counterparts to fight to the death in order to find the best recruits for his war. This weeks battles: The Rays, The Blue Beetles, and The Green Lanterns. The late Earth 10 Ray, a young Nazi villain whose speech seemed to be peppered with Da Ali G. talk, has me wanting to see more of the Freedom Fighters’ world and its' female Fuhrer. Hey Monarch, don’t you know you have to take care of the vampire’s victims, too? 2.5/5

Countdown to Final Crisis #20: *sigh*…If Karate Kid and Una (1/3 of Triplicate Girl) weren’t in it, I wouldn’t be getting it. 2/5

Fables #68: The war between the Earth Fables and the Empire is looming closer, and the Empire seems to have stretched its' armies thin trying to fight King Ambrose and Haven. The Emperor disagrees with Gepetto’s plan to solve the Haven problem, whilst Poor Flycatcher (Ambrose) looks to be making the ultimate sacrifice in order to be victorious. Frau Totenkinder is up to something, but what? Willingham’s writing and Buckingham’s art are at their usual high levels. 5/5

Fallen Angel # 22: The battle for the archetypal city, Bete Noire, begins and is witnessed by a young boy that sleepwalked there. The Fallen Angel and the Magistrate fight the intruders, De Rais and his demons(?), with a little help from the boy and some holy water. I wonder, since the boy found his way there, and is drawing a comic of it in our world, will he be able to find his way back? Well, at least he’ll know about Benny if he does so again! PAD has promised big things will happen in this arc.4/5

Green Lantern #25: The climactic end to the sweeping space epic, "The Sinestro Corps War." The art is beautiful. Reis & Van Sciver did a terrific job, with an amount of detail rivaling that of Perez or Ha & Cannon! The GL Corps win the battle for Earth, but it seems Sinestro has achieved his goal by forcing the writing of a new Oan law allowing the use of lethal force. In his words, "The universe will fear Green Lanterns," and that's what the Sinestro Corps is all about. DC continues their overuse of Superboy Prime...but at least we find out how he got access to the multiverse in Countdown. Through the Guardians' prophecies we see another war involving five additional newly created Lantern Corps happening in 2008, which leads into "The Blackest Night," the last of Johns' Green Lantern trilogy, in 2009. Undead Black Lanterns! 5/5

Gaming: Wii watch...There's always next year!

The saying the early bird gets the worm is very true...especially when it comes to limited quantity gaming consoles!

Best Buy and Target both got Wiis(Wie? Wice?) in today. The stores opened up at 8am this morning, I walked in Target at 8:05. "Wii're so sorry, Wii gave out tickets to the people who were waiting in line since last night. Wii are all out of the 72 Wiis Wii got in last night's shipment." Both stores. WOW! I don't have it in me to wait 8+ hours in sub-freezing temperatures to get this game.

There were a few dedicated people willing to sell either their tickets or the console they had bought for the regular price plus a nominal sub-freezing hardship fee, but that's also something I don't have in me. It wasn't a problem for other people, though. No sooner than I said "No, thank you," there were other people saying "Yes." Ah, well...

Good luck to you early birds. I'm not hatin', I understand. Wii will get a Wii in January...at regular price! ; )

The Anywhere Machine was created by Brainiac 5 in order to view other places from afar. It's a virtual reality chamber that uses Stargates to collect light and sound from remote places in real time.

Yeah, I know...no such thing as land tokens. That's only because WoTC hasn't used them yet. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I think all of the costs are pretty reasonable.
