Legion Magic: Chameleon Chief

Legion Comments:
Although he claims not to be a Durlan, Jall Tannuz looks like one (oftimes minus the antennae) and has their shape changing abilities. Different from Durlans, he also has the power to change the shape of objects he touches.

Magic Comments:
He has Chameleon Boy's shape change for his first ability, with a modified Transmute Artifact for his second.

Legion Magic: White Witch / Black Witch

Legion Comments:
Born without Naltorian precognitive abilities, Mysa Nal became a student of the magic while still a child. Her progress drew the enmity of one of her teachers, Mordru, who changed her into the ancient and evil Hag. She was saved by her sister, Dream Girl, with the help of the Legion.

Magic Comments:
I first gave her a modified form of Kaho, Minamo Historian's ability, and then tweaked it again with Yawgmoth's Agenda for the second one.

Legion Comments:
Freed from Mordru’s  captivity during the “Legion of Three Worlds” the White Witch joined the fight against him and his allies Superboy Prime and the LSV. In order to stop the powered-up Mordru, she absorbed his life-force and magic, containing his evil inside her.

Magic Comments:
Blended Dark Confidant with a modified Memory Plunder.

Legion Magic: Ultra Boy

Legion Comments:
Born and raised in the rough Rimbor gang life, Jo Nah was a fast learner of the rules of the streets. He was swallowed by an Ultra-Energy Beast during an ill-fated joy ride, and infused with its ultra energy. Shifting the energy through his body affords him near Kryptonian abilities...but only one at a time.

Magic Comments:
Thanks again to the Licid's "pay X to end this effect" ability. I'm not sure if his casting cost is too high or not. He needs a lot of mana to be a powerhouse...should that make him cost less?

Another one I didn't realize had not been posted! Looked through and found one more Legionnaire I'd missed...White Witch. She should be posted soon!

Legion Magic: Sun Boy

Legion Comments:
Dirk Morgna was locked overnight in a nuclear reactor by embittered scientist Dr. Zaxton Regulus as revenge for his being fired by Dirk's father. Dirk survived the ordeal and gained the ability to create and channel heat and light energy.

Magic Comments:
As per the Lightning Twins, I gave him a version of Kumano's damage ability and a variation of Pilgrim of Justice's ability. He also gets a mana fixing ability.

I didn't realize Sun Boy had not been posted until I was getting ready to post Sun Emperor...mistake rectified!

Legion Magic: Cosmic King

Legion Comments:
Laevar Bolto of Venus developed a ray capable of changing one element into another. After an accidental exposure to the ray, he gained the power of transmutation, an ability violently shunned by the Venusian people. Ostracised from his planet, he turned to a life of crime on Earth.

Magic Comments:
A mana fixer like Element Lad & Trom, although not as powerful as the former.

Legion Magic: Saturn Queen

Legion Comments:
Like Saturn Girl, Eve Aries is from Saturn's moon, Titan. Unlike the legionnaire, she honed her telepathic powers for mental domination and coercion.

Magic Comments:
Her 1st ability is from Overtaker, and her second is Coercion.

Legion Magic: Lightning Lord

Legion Comments:
The older brother of the twins Lightning Lad & Lightning Lass, Mekt Ranzz was driven mad by the fact he was born a singleton on a planet where twin births are the norm. He gained his power over electricity during the same accident that endowed his siblings.

Magic Comments:
He basically has the same abilities as the lightning twins, with his cost being dual colored, and having his first ability damage 1 higher to reflect his being stronger in the use of the power.

Legion Magic: Superboy

Legion Comments:
...Kal-El of Krypton, who would grow up to be the galaxy's greatest hero, Superman, who's heroic acts would inspire 31st century teens to form the Legion of Super-Heroes, who would then travel back in time to meet Superboy, who through their adventures together would learn the full use his powers, and the importance of friendship. Superboy's real name was Kal-El of Krypton, who would grow up to be...

Magic Comments:
As stated with Supergirl, Superboy is the same as Mon-El, with the added Time Travel and power & toughness differences.

Legion Magic: Supergirl

Legion Comments:
The Kryptonian Kara Zor-El actually became a  Legionnaire before her cousin Superboy. She joined at the same time as her soon to be romantic interest, Brainiac 5. She died fighting the Anti-Monitor during the Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Magic Comments:
The powerhouses, Mon-El, Supergirl, and Superboy, are all the same ability-wise with the added Time Travel (my take on Magic's Ninjutsu) for the super cousins. Power & Toughness differs as per the comics, from Mon-El (strongest) to Supergirl (middle) to Superboy (weakest).

Legion Magic: XS

Legion Comments:
The super speedster Jenni Ognats is the daughter of Dawn Allen, one of the Tornado Twins, and the granddaughter of Barry Allen, the Flash.

Magic Comments:
Her first ability is a variation of one of Godo, Bandit Warlord's, while her second reflects her using super speed to remove teammates out of harm's way.

Legion Magic: Tellus

Legion Comments:
Ganglios was born on the giant water-like world of Hykraius.  The telekinetic telepath is forced to wear breathing equipment that simulates the methane-based "Great Mother Ocean" of his homeworld.

Magic Comments: Combined the second ability of Simic Guildmage with a lesser powered version of Carry Away.
